This is an excellent holiday home suitable for families. It is fully fenced and surrounded by an established garden, with a family-friendly backyard featuring a large and expansive lawn, providing privacy while you enjoy your vacation. The house is elevated, nestled amongst the trees, and exudes a warm and welcoming feel. Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom, a large rumpus room with a wood fire, perfect for chilly nights, and a TV for family entertainment. The room has double doors that open to multi-tiered, pavilion-style decking. The master bedroom and the rumpus room share a two-way bathroom and laundry.

Upstairs, you'll find a stylish kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a second living area that opens up to an outdoor deck. From there, you can enjoy stunning views of the bay and the serene rural surroundings. You can also use the gas BBQ to make dining outdoors even more enjoyable. The area has a split system that can help you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Moreover, there is a great room that is perfect for entertaining guests. On this level, you'll find two bedrooms and a main bathroom with a shower over a bath.

Olney House is located on the Westernport Bay side of the Mornington Peninsula. It is close to Pt. Leo Surf Beach, Montalto Restaurant, the Sculpture Trail, Ashcombe Maze, Red Hill Epicurean, and other popular attractions on the Peninsula.

Sleeps 6: Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
