Designed to indulge a large family or two, this spacious house can accommodate 9 guests comfortably. Beautifully decorated with natural timbers and furnishings, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite. There is a second parents' retreat with a king-size bed and direct access to a sunny courtyard. There are two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a tri-bunk. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The functional floor plan allows for easy living, and the lounge area with an open fireplace and study nook leads to the modern kitchen and open-plan dining room. In addition, there is a spectacular living room with cathedral ceilings and an abundance of space for entertaining & Bose surround sound system. Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows which open out to the most beautiful, private setting where you can lounge the days away listening to the roar of the ocean, play amongst the ti-trees, feast by the bbq setting for 10 people, sit around the fire pit, play on the spring fresh trampoline, soccer nets or foosball/ table tennis or relax in the swim/spa heated pool (not visible from the house). Your pets will love it too as it’s fully fenced and secure.
Located minutes from Blairgowrie Village, Yacht Club, cafes and restaurants, and a short walk to the stunning beaches of Bridgewater Bay and Pearse Rd whilst also enjoying very close proximity to both Sorrento and Portsea townships, this is the ideal all-year holiday rental.
The swim spa pool can be heated for an additional daily charge*. Please advise on booking enquiry if required.
Please note, that pool heating is not available during winter.

Lovely house . Needs an update in some areas
We really liked the house , however, were disappointed with the lack of some things , eg cleaning products for the BBQ, lack of toilet rolls , no soap or other toiletries and this was not mentioned in the blurb when booking

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY!
We have stayed her twice now and it's the perfect place for our family getaway. The house is light & bright and the dual living areas works really well with everyone meeting in the middle for meals ! The beds are also very comfortable and the large secure yard for the dogs to run around in is an added bonus. We will be back.

This place feels so luxurious! Amazing spaces, very tastefully furnished, and highly functional. Loved the big outdoor & indoor tables, beds were comfortable, and the extra amenities (Fooseball & table tennis) were a wonderful surprise. Wanted to stay longer!

Absolutely enjoyed our weekend getaway in here. A lovely place with abundance of light and space, great ambiance and hotel-level cleanness. Everything was meticulously sorted, kitchen was all prepared, and outdoor settings was perfect. Bbq and pool was easy to use, heaps of board games and activities were available to guarantee a good time. Would definitely recommend this place and definitely visit it later.

Property is perfect for a group of families. The fully enclosed backyard was fantastic and the pictures don’t do the house justice. Plenty of space and multiple living areas made it a really great stay.

Absolutely loved staying at this property and will be heading back in the future! We spent most of our time enjoying the spacious backyard , the outdoor furniture and fire pit were great! The beds were comfy and the furniture was absolutely gorgeous, well equipped home and the heated pool was a bonus!

The online photo's don't do this house justice. Such a lovely property in a great location. There was a big secure yard for the dogs, good sized beds, two living areas and lots of space and things to keep us entertained.
