Hallway leads to main bedroom with Queen bed then bunk room (two bunks sleeps 4) large modern bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet powder room. Staircase leads to a spectacular mezzanine loft with Queen bed and bunk (area sleeps 4) - 2nd bathroom located on the ground floor. Ducted heating throughout.
Further quiet sitting area and 2nd Tuscan inspired fireplace overlooking the rear private garden. Kitchen is situated in the centre of the home with all modern appliances, large oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Quality fittings throughout, wooden floors and ample ambience makes for a very special stay in the heart of Portsea. Just a short walk via the private track at the rear of the property to the Portsea village and front beach.
