Perfectly private and backdropped by the golf course, this luxurious family holiday home embraces the light, views, calm coastal vibes and relaxed indoor-outdoor living spaces; the home offers a unique floor plan for luxury weekend retreats.
A reversed floor plan takes in the views and spectacular birdlife the golf course provides on the first level, where open-plan living and dining make a grand statement in relaxed entertaining. A luxurious kitchen with a large stone island and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including an integrated convection microwave and dishwasher, beautifully enhances the entertainer's aspect, with seamless access to the covered and decked balcony terrace.
The expansive four-bedroom accommodation includes a deluxe first-level master bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in robe and private balcony, perfectly orientated to capture the morning sun through the Moonah trees. An oversized family bathroom and separate toilet serve three remaining robed bedrooms on the ground floor, completing a great family floor plan for any lifestyle.
Bedding Configuration: sleeps: 9 (max 6 adults, 3 children)
We provide quality linen and cleaning services. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Room 4: Three single-size beds on the lower level; beds have no railings on lower level.
Family bathroom for the downstairs bedrooms, main ensuite bathroom and separate powder room upstairs.
The games-rumpus room including a pool table is on the lower level is terrific entertainment for the family.
Includes: a substantial 75-inch smart tv with access to all apps inc Foxtel Go, combustible wood heater, air conditioner reverse cycle, entertaining size deck with outdoor seating for eight, Bbq, Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine - Espressotoria capsule system, Laundry, Private parking, Ceiling fans in all rooms, Wifi, (a high chair, full size cot, infant stair gate available on request).

This was probably the cleanest house we have ever stayed in!
All of the amenities were spot on for the size of the house. Something to note is that the kids bedroom has 3 single beds and a small walk in robe (great little playroom). The second bedroom on the ground floor has a timber cot already in it, so no need for a port-a-cot, however I would bring a mattress topper as the mattress felt like concrete. Additionally all the bedrooms had quite firm mattresses too, so be prepared for this. The two backyards were well manicured and you could sit on either balcony and watch golfers come and go all day. This house would be epic if it had a pool!! Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

This was a lovely property and good location to explore Cape Schanck and surrounding areas.
The drive to Flinders is beautiful. The property was quiet, very clean and well appointed with beautiful soft furnishings, comfy large couch and huge tv! Great view to golf course and a fun play room downstairs with an air hockey/pool table which we had fun with.

The house was very comfortable and clean for our short stay over the weekend.
The kitchen was well equipped and the downstairs games room provided much entertainment for the entire family. We loved spending our evenings out on the deck, it was a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay. The team at RT Edgar were also lovely to deal with and very responsive and flexible accommodating to our requests.

A fabulous retreat
We are a family of 5 (3adult children) and needed a weekend away to chill out and relax. Cape Retreat was the perfect place for us, sparkling clean, comfy beds and lots of space. Upstairs was lovely to enjoy the fire and watch the footy on the lovely big tv (which had all the foxtel channels). Downstairs the small pool table provided lots of fun and laughs. And the added bonus of being so close to the golf course was very much welcomed!

Lovely property with adequate space for all of us - 6 adults, 3yo & 2 x 1yo. I didn’t realise at the time of booking that a high chair & cots were available & we really needed a stair gate. We had brought everything except the gate. Lots of condiments available which is really great. Coffee pods & fire wood were also supplied. Beautiful surroundings & if the weather had been warmer we would have taken advantage of all that was provided. A great stay

This is such a fabulous place to stay with kids. There’s enough space for everyone and we had everything there that we needed which made us feel right at home.
